Who are we? Since when has Abhika Jewels been in business?

We are a small business, owned by a designer wife and a very supportive, manages-it-all husband. Abhika Jewels was established in 2014 and has been selling online worldwide.

Where are you located?

We are based in Delhi. Our private, appointment-only office is in Karol Bagh.

Do you serve international clients?

We do! We are more than happy to conduct meetings over video and phone calls for all our clients

How do I make an appointment?

Customers planning to visit us personally at our Delhi/Surat office can contact us at least a couple of days prior to check our availibillity

International Clients are requested to fix up a mutually convenient time via mail


Shipping/Insurance Policy

Unless mentioned the client is liable to pay all shipping costs. All domestic pieces are shipped via reputable courier company.

International orders are shipped via India International Post or FedEx and fully insured for transit. We do not cover the cost of international taxes and duties. All deliveries require a signature.

For local clients, we offer pickups.

Return Policy

Unless otherwise noted, unworn line item jewelry and ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 10 days of receiving the item for refund, less the original cost of shipping.

Abhika Jewels does not issue refunds, store credit, or exchanges for custom jewelry.

Repairs & Exchanges

We guarantee the integrity of our own work, and will go above and beyond to ensure our customers are thrilled with their experience

For any repairs and exchanges, shipping - both way - will have to be borne by the client. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to insure and track any pieces you ship.

International Clients

With the help of Skype/Google Hangouts, email, high resolution photographs, a flexible work schedule, and world class insurance, our jewelry is available across the globe!

Please note each country assesses different taxes and duties that may need to be paid to clear your items. All customs fees, taxes and duties are the client’s responsibility.

All parcels to UK above $200 are subject to 20% VAT + 5% Handling Charges. Please consider these costs before placing the order

Stone Sourcing & Warranty

All our diamonds and gemstones are ethically sourced from dealers and manufacturers. We are always on the lookout for something unique for you!

All gemstones are replaceable at additional cost

Please be mindful that moonstones and opals are soft stones and can easily crack or chip if they are not cared for properly. Emeralds are considered a brittle stone and can chip as well.

Jewelry Appraisals & Certification

We do not provide appraisal for our jewelry, but we can provide you with relevant documents for you to get it appraised.

All our diamond jewelry comes with EGL certification and marking for gold karatage.
