GEMSTONE SOURCING & WARRANTY
All our diamonds and gemstones are ethically sourced from dealers and manufacturers. We are always on the lookout for something unique for you!
All gemstones are replaceable at additional cost.
Please be mindful that moonstones and opals are soft stones and can easily crack or chip if they are not cared for properly.
Emeralds are considered a brittle stone and can chip as well.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
WORKING & SHIPPING TIME
Standard production time for most pieces is 1-3 weeks. For time bound requests, please contact us before placing order.
All orders are shipped via India International Post or FedEx and are fully insured for transit.
Standard shipping (India Post) takes 5-25 days to deliver.
Express Shipping (FedEx) takes 3-10 days to deliver.
Abhika Jewels is NOT responsible for shipping delays.
TRACKING & INSURANCE
All our parcels are shipped with tracking and insurance for transit.
In the event a parcel is lost, Abhika Jewels will ship a new product or issue a refund (as decided upon with buyer), ONLY AFTER THE PARCEL IS OFFICIALLY DECLARED LOST BY THE SHIPPING SERVICE.
All deliveries will require a signature.
IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES, VAT, HANDLING CHARGES
Since every country has different import laws, all import duties, taxes, handling fees, etc. will have to be paid by the buyer.Please check import duties and other rules for your country before placing order.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Custom orders and Sale Items cannot be returned/exchanged.
Unless otherwise mentioned, unworn line item jewelry and ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 10 days of receiving the item.
A 20% restocking fees will be applicable on all cancellations/returns/exchanges. Shipping and taxes (if any) will not be refunded.

We guarantee the integrity of our own work, and will go above and beyond to ensure our customers are thrilled with their experience
For any repairs and exchanges :
- Depending on the work, a quote will be provided and discussed.
- Shipping - both way - will have to be borne by the client.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
